IWA UK Constitution under review

Iteso Welfare Association (IWA) UK is currently reviewing its constitution in a move aimed at strengthening governance and streamlining the Association’s charitable Objects.

The Association appointed an eight member committee that has produced a fifth draft version of the revised constitution. The committee is chaired by Martin Osengor, while George Agiru acts as its secretary. The other members of the committee are: Stella Ikanik, Michael Okwalinga, Martin Omoding, Paul Egaru, Daniel Outeke and Patrick Igulot.

The draft constitution has been in public circulation as members of the Association were given the opportunity to submit their views. You can review the draft and email your views or feedback to iwa-uk@outlook.com.

If you haven’t seen the draft constitution you can access it here. The current constitution of the Association (that is being revised) is available here.
